Can I bring in my own food?
You may bring in your own food, but only if a Party Package is booked. However, we do not accept any food deliveries. If you wish to have these items, they must be picked up and brought in by the party organizer. In addition, no home appliances are permitted. Many parties often bring in too much food and feel rushed when asked to leave the party room within their 2 hour time slot. Although our party rooms are fairly large, there is only so much room when plates, cake, drinks, food items & presents are added. Absolutely no alcohol (immediate dismissal of the whole party).
Can outside food leave the party room?
No. This is strictly enforced. Outside food must stay within the party room and NOT be brought into the public seating area. Once the party room time is over, outside food must be removed from the premises. These are Fraser Health & insurance regulations and are strictly enforced due to potential allergic reactions and choking hazards which may occur as we are unable to verify the ingredients of outside food items brought into the premises. There are no exceptions and please do not complain to staff when they enforce this policy.
How many people can fit in a party room?
Our Regular Party Rooms consist of 2 picnic tables and can accommodate up to 20 kids. While the kids are playing, adults may use the party tables or play with the kids in the fun park.
Our Jumbo Party Rooms consists of 5 picnic tables and can accommodate up to 50 people.
Can I bring in a pinata or additional decorations?
We do not allow pinatas. The only additional decorations we accept are balloons which may only be attached to the tables.
Do not tape anything to the walls as it may damage the artwork.
How long do I get to stay in the party room?
The use of the party room is for 2 hours (less 10 minutes for staff clean up). Children are welcome to continue using our fun park once the party room has been vacated but all outside food must be removed from the premises and NOT brought into the public seating area.
How early can I arrive for my party to set up?
To avoid waiting in the lobby, please do not arrive more than 5 minutes before your party’s start time.
Do I have to purchase Indoor Playground Admission to enter the Funky Monkey Fun Park?
All kids 12 & under must purchase Indoor Playground admission.
Those over 12 are welcome to purchase attraction tickets to play on the bumper cars or laser tag as well as the air hockey and arcade games.
Do adults have to pay admission?
Adult are allowed into our facility at no charge, but due to our insurance policy, are only allowed to accompany kids in the Playground and Laser Tag Arena. Adults are not permitted on any of the attractions by themselves.
Is there a time limit on how long kids can play in the Indoor Playground?
There is no time limit on the Indoor Playground (you can play as long as you want)
Can I drop off my kids or do I have to be with them?
We do not offer a drop off service and parents must accompany their children into our facility. Parental supervision is required.
Are there any age/height restrictions?
Indoor Playground: 12 & under plus adults/guardians.
Pirate Ship Ride: 3 years old & 36” tall
Monkey Hopper Ride: 3 years old & 36” tall
Bumper Cars: 40” tall (Sorry, no adults)
Laser Tag: 5 years old (may be accompanied in the laser tag arena by an adult: no charge)
